Educational information
Our calculators, recipes and meal-planning tools provide estimates for learning and planning. They do not provide individualized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nutrient values vary with the source, preparation and measured portion. Read our medical and nutritional disclaimer and nutrition methodology before relying on results.
Use the tools responsibly
Check ingredient labels, allergens, preparation instructions and food safety yourself. A recipe filter or food record cannot guarantee that a product is suitable for your needs. Consult a qualified professional about dietary or medical decisions.
Optional accounts and saved work
You can browse and use public tools without an account. An account lets you keep the items you explicitly save and access them on another device. Keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Unsaved changes and browser-only copies may be lost when you clear storage or change devices. Keep an exported copy of work you need.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not try to access another person’s account, interfere with the website, bypass security controls or submit malicious content. We may restrict access to address abuse or protect the service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains account information, browser storage, security checks, optional analytics and how to request removal of your account or saved data.
Content and external sources
Source information and third-party resources may have their own licenses and terms. Follow the attribution and license information provided with those resources. External websites operate under their own policies. Our links do not guarantee their content or availability.
